Big or small, from €50 we offer free delivery for our products. Is the total order value below €50? Then shipping costs are €6.95.

Did you order on working days before 1 PM? Then the order will be shipped the same day. The package will usually be deliverd by DHL the next working day.* We understand that you cannot wait for your package to arrive. That's why you receive a live tracking code after shipping, so you will know exactly when the package will be delivered.

Larger shipments such as air conditioners are delivered with a special carrier. This may cause the shipment to take a little longer than you are used to from us. The carrier will be in touch to arrange a delivery appointment. Delivery of larger shipments usually takes place within 3 working days. Of course, we do everything we can to deliver your package as soon as possible.

Free returns within 30 days

At Mestic, you have a 30-day cooling-off period. Return your order with all delivered accessories and, if reasonably possible, in the original condition and packaging. Once a return has been registered, you will receive return instructions by email within 48 hours on working days. Small shipments can be handed in at a DHL point near you. Has your order been delivered with a special carrier due to its size? Then the order will be collected free of charge.

Upon receipt of your return, the purchase amount will usually be refunded within 14 days. You can register your return here.
